Sven Smeets, ex-chef\u00e3o do esporte da Volkswagen, foi contratado e j\u00e1 passou a trabalhar pelo time de Grove neste fim de 2021. Nos anos anteriores, foi o chefe da Volkswagen para tr\u00eas t\u00edtulos mundiais de Equipes e Pilotos no WRC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No time ingl\u00eas, os dois ex-VW agora s\u00e3o #1 e #2 na cadeia de comando. Ainda, ser\u00e1 ele \u00e0 frente da academia de jovens pilotos do time ingl\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na realidade, o que chegou agora foi o an\u00fancio, mas Smeets j\u00e1 vinha trabalhando no cargo desde novembro e foi, inclusive, ao GP do Catar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A contrata\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mais uma decis\u00e3o no caminho do que Capito chamou de reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o para os pr\u00f3ximos anos.
