Enquanto pilotos como Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel e Daniel Ricciardo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandepremio.com\/br\/f1\/noticias\/hamilton-vettel-e-ricciardo-figuram-em-top-100-dos-atletas-mais-bem-pagos-do-mundo\/\">aparecem na lista dos esportistas mais bem pagos do mundo<\/a>, outros precisam de ajuda constante para continuar na categoria por conta dos baixos sal\u00e1rios no segmento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Romain Grosjean, que \u00e9 diretor da Grand Prix Drivers&#8217; Association (GPDA), \u00e9 um dos mais cr\u00edticos sobre a diferen\u00e7a salarial na F\u00f3rmula 1. Para isso, ele fez quest\u00e3o de citar o caso do hexacampe\u00e3o mundial Lewis Hamilton para exemplificar o abismo financeiro entre os pilotos do grid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;N\u00f3s falamos disso na GPDA. Alguns s\u00e3o a favor, outros s\u00e3o contra. Eu acho que \u00e9 inaceit\u00e1vel o Hamilton ganhar mais de \u00a3 40 milh\u00f5es enquanto alguns pilotos ganham \u00a3 150 mil por ano para o mesmo trabalho&#8221;, declarou Grosjean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Mesmo assim, foi pontuado que, com teto salarial, n\u00f3s quebrar\u00edamos a ordem das coisas. Quem investiria em um programa de jovens pilotos e pagaria para eles correrem se n\u00e3o v\u00e3o conseguir tirar uma boa porcentagem do sal\u00e1rio deles no futuro?
