O novo chassi inclui um design modernizado, que visa criar tempos de voltas mais r\u00e1pidos ao mesmo tempo em que melhora a dirigibilidade, encorajando as batalhas roda-a-roda enquanto mant\u00e9m a seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O conjunto seguir\u00e1 sendo h\u00edbrido, mas o motor a combust\u00e3o passar\u00e1 a ser um\u00a0<strong>V6 biturbo de 2,4 litros, capaz de alcan\u00e7ar 760 cv e desenvolvido com a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o de Chevrolet e Honda<\/strong>. J\u00e1 Palou, atual tetracampe\u00e3o da categoria e vencedor da Indy 500 em 2025, guiar\u00e1 o IR-28 no domingo (2) como o representante da Honda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambos os pilotos atender\u00e3o a imprensa em sequ\u00eancia, assim como Mike O&#8217;Gara, vice-presidente de competi\u00e7\u00e3o e de engenharia de corrida da categoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depois do teste do IR-28, a Indy se prepara para uma maratona de 6 corridas em 5 finais de semana para encerrar a temporada 2026.
