Isso porque, segundo a ag\u00eancia de not\u00edcias alem\u00e3 <em>DPA<\/em>, um grupo de investidores privados fechou a compra de 75% das opera\u00e7\u00f5es do circuito alem\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, por unanimidade, da <strong>C\u00e2mara Municipal de Hockenheim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a ag\u00eancia, o <strong>Grupo Emodrom<\/strong>, composto por cinco empresas de m\u00e9dio porte da <strong>Alemanha<\/strong>, sacramentaram o neg\u00f3cio por aproximadamente&nbsp;\u200b\u20ac\u200b&nbsp;5 milh\u00f5es\u200b (R$ 27,4 milh\u00f5es). O grupo tamb\u00e9m assumiu a responsabilidade sobre as d\u00edvidas do circuito, que giram em torno de&nbsp;\u200b\u20ac\u200b 20&nbsp;milh\u00f5es\u200b (R$ 109,5 milh\u00f5es).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os empres\u00e1rios garantiram que o objetivo \u00e9 investir at\u00e9&nbsp;\u20ac\u200b 250&nbsp;milh\u00f5es\u200b no&nbsp;<strong>Hockenheimring<\/strong> pelos pr\u00f3ximos 10 anos, incluindo \u200ba constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um hotel, que geraria cerca de 300 empregos diretos. A&nbsp;constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u200bdo chamado&nbsp;<strong>Motorworld<\/strong>\u200b&nbsp;est\u00e1 prevista para come\u00e7ar no final de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A \u00faltima prova da F1 em terras alem\u00e3s aconteceu em 2020, quando o calend\u00e1rio foi afetado pela pandemia da covid-19 e a categoria precisou incluir, durante a temporada, seis provas que n\u00e3o estavam nos planos. Entre elas, o <strong>GP de Eifel<\/strong>, disputado no tra\u00e7ado de <strong>N\u00fcrburgring<\/strong>.
