Scott Ogden delivered in the dying moments with the checkered flag already waving, posting a 2m09.126s to secure pole position for the British Grand Prix. The Briton also led a 1-2 lockout for the CIP squad, with teammate Adrián Cruces slotting into second, 0.274s behind.

Valentín Perrone continued his strong Silverstone form to complete the front row in third. David Almansa was fourth fastest, followed by Álvaro Carpe, Adrián Fernández, Brian Uriarte, Cormac Buchanan, Hakim Danish, and Joel Kelso rounding out the top 10.

Championship leader Máximo Quiles endured a high-drama session at Silverstone. The Spaniard suffered a heavy highside crash at the final corner, requiring trackside assistance from marshals, and was left down in 11th on the grid.

Sunshine continued to bathe Silverstone, with ambient temperatures at 24°C, track temperatures reaching 41°C, light 8 km/h winds, and 32% humidity for the grid-defining session.

Q1: Danish edges Kelso late to lead Q2 gatherers

The track was immediately busy as the entire field set out in search of a clean lap. Following initial flying runs, Hakim Danish established the benchmark with a 2m10.448s, followed by Joel Kelso, Cormac Buchanan, and David González.

The first incident of the session belonged to Rico Salmela. The rider walked away unaided, but lost valuable track time while returning to the garage for a secondary bike.

After a brief lull in on-track activity, Kelso surged ahead with a 2m10.213s to take provisional top spot. Matteo Bertelle followed suit to jump into third, albeit 0.499s adrift of the session leader.

In the final minutes, traffic built up once again around the British layout. Danish capitalized to set a 2m09.693s, reclaiming top spot. Kelso, Buchanan, and Bertelle completed the four riders advancing to Q2.

The pit lane light turned green and the Q2 field headed out for flying laps, with Brian Uriarte waiting a moment longer before joining the action. Drivers focused on building tire temperature before committing to flying laps.

After initial runs, David Almansa went top with a 2m09.461s, followed by Scott Ogden, Máximo Quiles, Joel Esteban, and Marco Morelli.

With three minutes remaining, Quiles suffered a violent crash at the final turn. The championship leader clipped the curb, lost the rear, and was thrown heavily into the gravel trap, receiving immediate attention from track marshals.

Despite local yellow flags, the session concluded without interruption. Ogden delivered a late flyer as the clock hit zero, setting a 2m09.126s to snatch pole position, closely followed by teammate Adrián Cruces. Valentín Perrone secured third to complete the front row.
