The outfit was created and launched in partnership with Fusion Motorsport, an established British karting team, and a group of investors led by Dan Richards, who will oversee corporate strategy, commercial development and the long-term growth of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ren\u00e9 Rosin, a former Prema executive with <strong>more than 40 titles to his name<\/strong>, will serve as LN4 Fusion\u2019s team principal. Meanwhile, Dan Hazlewood, a professional with more than 25 years of experience in international motorsport, will take charge of the team\u2019s operations in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside the team, Norris has also launched the <strong>LN4 Legacy Programme<\/strong>, a project designed to finance the careers of young drivers. The initiative will be overseen by Julian Rouse, a former Alpine executive, and ADD Management, the company that manages Norris\u2019s career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe have created a racing team. I\u2019ve been lucky enough to achieve my dream, and now I want to help other people achieve theirs.
