Tom Gamble and Harry Tincknell set a <strong>1:52.567<\/strong> to put the British car at the front of the Hypercar field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>#35 Alpine of Ant\u00f3nio F\u00e9lix da Costa, Ferdinand Habsburg and Charles Milesi finished second<\/strong>, just 0.122s behind. FP2 resumed just 7 minutes later without further major interruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the opening laps, <strong>Mathieu Jaminet<\/strong> set the early pace with a 1:55.936 in the #19 Genesis. As the times quickly improved, however, Harry Tincknell moved to the top with the <strong>#007 Aston Martin<\/strong>, posting a 1:53.108 before the end of the opening 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In LMGT3, <strong>Rui Andrade<\/strong> put the #61 Iron Lynx Mercedes at the top with a 2:06.023. Ian James in the #27 Aston Martin and Hadrien David in the #78 Lexus completed the top 3 with an hour remaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ten minutes later, Mercedes secured a 1-2 in the class when <strong>Lin Hodenius moved the #79 into second place<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Hypercar, the <strong>#17 Genesis recovered from Jaubert\u2019s early off-track moment<\/strong> and climbed to third, behind Ant\u00f3nio F\u00e9lix da Costa\u2019s #35 Alpine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final part of the session produced few significant changes, as teams and drivers increasingly focused on <strong>race simulations and long-run data<\/strong>.
