How does Hyperpole work?

The first qualifying session for each class determines which ten cars advance to Hyperpole. Those entries then contest the first ten grid positions in their class, including pole. LMGT3 completes both of its sessions before Hypercar qualifying begins.

Saturday is also the first chance to see whether Friday’s order holds when grid positions are at stake. Charles Milesi led the wet opening session for Alpine, while Kubica’s afternoon benchmark was 7.719s quicker as conditions improved. Sunday’s race starts at 11:00 CET, with international times and viewing options in the 6 Hours of Monza race guide.
