Where to watch São Paulo GP qualifying

In the UK and Ireland, Sky Sports F1 carries qualifying live. Its UK coverage begins at 14:15 GMT for FP3 and 17:00 GMT for the qualifying build-up. Eligible viewers can also watch through NOW.

In the United States, qualifying is available on Apple TV. In Canada, F1 coverage is available through TSN in English and RDS in French, with streaming access depending on the subscription and provider.

What to watch in final practice and qualifying

Andrea Kimi Antonelli set a 1:10.763 to lead Friday’s second practice. Lando Norris was 0.253s behind, with Max Verstappen just 0.006s further back. Norris had led the opening session for McLaren.

The Friday sessions were largely dry. If rain reaches Interlagos on Saturday, watch when teams send their drivers out. An early lap can become decisive if conditions worsen, while a drying track can reward drivers who cross the line late.

George Russell was fourth in FP2 and can still fight for pole. His five-place penalty for an engine change applies to Sunday’s starting grid. For the other storylines, see five things to watch after Friday practice.

How does F1 qualifying work at Interlagos?

With 22 drivers entered, six are eliminated in Q1 and six more in Q2. The remaining ten contest pole in Q3. Sunday’s Grand Prix starts at 14:00 local time, 17:00 GMT and 12:00 EST. See the full São Paulo Grand Prix schedule.
